Note:
Please make only one folder with your name, then inside that folder you can separate your folders according to your album orders.

Packaging and Sending Photos :
Often times the box is dropped by the mail carrier within the delivery process, and as a result the corners are damaged, once the
picture is damaged it can't be restored completely. Please follow the following instructions so this problem could be avoided.
1. Wrap the pictures in vinyl
2. Tape onto a cardboard that is larger than the pictures by at least 1 inch
3. Fill in a box with bubble wrap or newspaper and place pictures into the box
4. Close and seal

Sending a CD :
You must save your images in JPEG Format with RGB color 300 DPI. It is best to send it by UPS or USPS with a
tracking number. Remember the image for the cover should be sent as a PHOTO-SHOP file, if adjustments need to be made.

How to Care for Your Album :
Because Flush Mount Albums are made out of thick papers, we recommend that you follow the following :
1. The album must be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
2. We do not recommend for you keep your album in a car or beside your fireplace. Otherwise your album will easily be bent.
3. Do not lean your album against the wall or keep it in a standing position.
4. Changing from humid to dry conditions often is not good for the album.

Album Cover Design :
The image you have chosen for your cover, should be sent on a PHOTO-SHOP file, because adjustments may need to be made.

Cover and Photo Replacement :
All album covers and pictures produced by Jo Album are replaceable. Wear and tear can cause the cover damage.
Covers can be changed at a cost.
